Varsak Municipality Service Building

This project proposed for the Varsak Municipality Service Building Architectural Competition presents a contemporary institutional identity with balanced mass composition and façade design emphasized by vertical columns. Transparency provided by large glass surfaces strengthens the building’s public and accessible character, while the cylindrical mass located on the upper level stands out as a symbolic architectural element defining the mayor’s floor.

The mayoral entrance is designed independently from the public entrance, and access to the mayoral and council units is provided via a bridge connecting the buildings. Landscaped public areas and pedestrian axes in front of the building aim to create a transparent, contemporary, and city-integrated administrative center for Varsak.
