TOKİ Kayabaşı Mass Housing

This project proposed for the TOKİ Istanbul Kayabaşı Region Housing Design Competition presents a contemporary mass housing approach aiming to break monotony in dense residential fabric through dynamic façade composition.

Housing units of 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and 4+1 are designed with flexible planning that can be transformed when needed. Landscaped public areas and a central water feature between blocks create a pedestrian-oriented living environment supporting social interaction and strong community sense.
