This villa project features a modern design emphasizing functionality with clean contemporary lines. Considering triangular site geometry, view axis, and wind direction, an optimal layout was achieved through an L-shaped plan. Natural stone textures, wood-look panels, and white façades add warmth and depth, while large glass surfaces strengthen indoor–outdoor connection, offering residents a spacious, peaceful, and privileged living experience.
